Registered Professional Land Surveyor - Project Manager

Landpoint is seeking a Texas RPLS for a Management position in our Spring / Woodlands office.  This a full time position with a competitive compensation package along with a solid benefits package. 

Scope will consist of managing a team of office technicians and field crews for existing clientele primarily in Land Development related and municipal services for engineers, contractors and developers along with supporting oil and gas related activities.  Ideal candidate should have proven experience with survey estimating, the development of proposals, and the management of staff and resources from project start to finish.  Regular communication with clients will be expected.

Essential Functions

  • Familiarizes oneself with firm-client contract for the project.
  • Organize work on the project and set for the procedures to be employed in accomplishing the project including scheduling field crews and coordinating with CAD Technicians.
  • Develop and monitor the project’s progression to meet Client and firm time objectives.
  • Notify the Client of changes in project scope and prepare estimates for additional fees.
  • Attend project meetings, as necessary.
